Donations to J&T Foundation are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, the incorrect amount was entered, or a duplicate transaction occurred, please contact us within 7 days at:

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. If a refund is issued, any tax receipt associated with the donation becomes invalid.
