Our Team

At J&T Foundation, our team is united by compassion, dedication, and a shared belief in the power of community. Together, we work to uplift lives, create opportunities, and bring hope to families and children across Africa.

Chief/Dr. Jacob Nwosu

President & Chairman, J&T Foundation

For nearly a decade, Dr. Jacob Nwosu has devoted his life to alleviating hardship and restoring hope across Africa, with a strong focus on Nigeria. Guided by his belief in putting a smile on people’s faces, one person at a time, he leads the J&T Foundation’s mission to empower communities through compassion and service.

Having lost his mother at just three years old, Dr. Nwosu experienced firsthand the power of community support and kindness. The care he received from relatives and neighbors during those early years shaped his lifelong commitment to helping others. Today, through the J&T Foundation, he honors that legacy by extending the same compassion to widows, children, and families in need.

His diverse medical background—as a Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, and Physician Assistant—combined with dual doctorates in Medical Science and Psychiatry, allows him to bridge healthcare and humanity. Through education, health initiatives, and community support, Dr. Nwosu continues to inspire others to join the fight against poverty and transform lives.
